Session by Women’s Rights & Family Conflict Domain
From Silence to Strength — A Voice for Awareness, Respect & Empowerment
With the grace of Allah, Muaawin E Ujala successfully conducted the impactful session “From Silence to Strength: Educating Society on Women’s Rights in Islam” under the Women’s Rights & Family Conflict Domain.

📌 Focus: Awareness regarding the rights, dignity, and status of women in Islam.
The session served as a meaningful platform for dialogue, reflection, and learning, where active audience participation and insightful discussions helped successfully achieve the objectives of the event.
Through inspiring conversations and valuable insights, the session emphasized the importance of education, understanding, and collective responsibility in building a more respectful and informed society.
Empowering Young Minds Session
On February 16, 2026, our Mental Wellness & Drug Control Domain of Muaawin Ujala conducted an awareness session at Government Girls Primary School, Khushal Bagh, focusing on Body Safety Rules and encouraging students to confidently say NO to unsafe situations.
The courage and participation of the students made this session truly meaningful. We ended on a positive note with interactive games and snacks to keep the environment supportive and friendly. Proud to be building awareness and confidence — one school at a time.
Session by Career Counseling Domain
The career counseling domain of Maawin Ujala and Team kmc successfully organized an inspiring session on balance, resilience and own your path at Islamia Collegiate School on 27th May 2025. The event aimed to help metric students in understanding how to choose the right path and make good decisions for their future.
The session is hosted by Aqsa Ali.
Esteemed speakers of the event included:

– Alishba Khawaja
All three are accomplished individuals of Khyber Medical College who shared their insights and practical advice on career counseling.
Women Empowerment & Leadership Session
The Women Rights Domain of Muaawin-e-Ujala successfully organized an inspiring session on Women Empowerment and Leadership at University Model School on 17th May 2025. The event aimed to foster awareness, confidence, and leadership potential among young women.
The session was hosted by Priya Kumari, Head of the Women Rights Domain, along with Saman Ali Mirza, Co-Head of the domain.
Esteemed speakers for the event included:

•Vareesha Batool
All three are accomplished individuals from Khyber Medical College, who shared their insights, personal journeys, and practical advice on women’s leadership and empowerment.
The session concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, appreciating the participation and enthusiasm of the members. A heartfelt thanks to the school administration for providing us the opportunity to work together and giving us such a wonderful experience.
This event marked another step forward in Muaawin-e-Ujala’s mission to uplift and empower women through education.
Youth Leadership Seminar

Awareness Seminar on Sexual Harassment 2.0
Topic: “Sexual Harassment/Good touch, Bad touch” was delivered at Government Girls Primary School, Palosi Maghdarzai, on 26th February 2025 by our team.
Our Speakers: Dr Palwasha Amin, Miss Rimsha Khan (4th year MBBS), Miss Nida Bukhari (Clinical psycholoist) delivered the session.
The most beautiful thing about this session was its topic, “Good and Bad Touch,” which is considered one of the most sensitive and delicate topics in this era. Addressing and educating those beautiful angels about this topic and seeing them open up about it so confidently was truly inspiring.

Your Personal Identity’ session at Gomal University City Campus by MUAAWIN DIKhan team under drug & depression control domain was a resounding success! We were honored to have esteemed faculty members, coordinators, and HODs from the department in attendance.
A special thank you to our distinguished speaker, who received a shield of appreciation. Our dedicated volunteers were also awarded certificates for their hard work.
The interactive Q&A session sparked meaningful discussions and insights. We’re grateful for the opportunity to empower and inspire our audience!
Awareness Seminar on Sexual Harrasment 1.0
Topic: Good Touch and Bad Touch” was delivered at Government Primary School Ghari Shaheedan Peshawar on 27th May 2024 by our Team.
Our Speakers: Dr Palwasha Amin, Miss Sadia Khan (Clinical psychologist), Miss Nida Bukhari (Clinical psycholoist) delivered the session and we had wonderful experience.
The most beautiful thing about this session was its topic “Good and Bad Touch” which is considered as most sensitive and delicate topic in this era. Addressing and educating those beautiful angles about this topic and them opening about it so confidently was truly inspiring. We are also grateful to School administration for being so welcoming and hospitable.
Future Goal: We are pleased to announce it as a first session of our upcoming seminar series in different institutes to address the same issue.
Physical Activities and Game Segments
Career counseling domain of Muaawin e ujala presented an exciting session of physical activities and game segments at Forest college GGPS university of peshawar. We had a wonderful time interacting with the students and engaging in various fun games together, Additionally, we distributed stationery and chocolates among the students, bringing smiles to their faces.
The school administration was really welcoming and grateful to Muaawin. Muaawin is really thankyful to the school administration for warm welcome. And we extend our heartfelt appreciation to our amazing volunteers, whose constant support and enthusiasm have been instrumental in our success. We are truly thankful for their dedication and passion, which have made a real difference in the lives of our students.
Awareness Session by Women's Rights Domain
Our Women’s rights domain, in collaboration with the Drug and Depression Control Domain of Muaawin e Ujala conducted an awareness session with the residents of Daar ul Amaan Peshawar (Women Crisis Centre). Our Assistant Director Muaawin e Ujala, Miss Hamna, attended the session, along with Huma Khattak, Head of the Women’s Rights Domain, and Rimsha Khan, Head of the Depression and Control Domain. Our respected co-heads, Fatima Zahir and Kulsoom Rehan, also attended the session. Special appreciation to our Guest speakers for devoting time from their hectic schedules to this fruitful event. Thank you Miss Sadia,Miss Nida and Miss Emaan. A huge thanks to our dedicated Muaawin volunteer, Humama from RMI who helped us in making it possible. We had a lovely time with you all . The residents expressed satisfaction and happiness with the staff and the services of Daar ul Amaan. The employees were cooperative. Our respectable speakers provided a detailed overview of mental health and its importance. They had an interactive session with the residents. Our team distributed chocolates and cards to the audience and the event concluded with a cake cutting ceremony followed by a tea break.
Session at Qurtuba School and College Peshawar
Career counselling and Grooming Domains of Muaawin-e-Ujala joined hands to arrange a physical session at Qurtuba school and college peshawar
Purpose of this Session was to help students identify and explore Career options and their personality development
To be a champ you have to believe in yourself when no one else will.
Visit to Dost Welfare Foundation
Today Muaawin visited Dost welfare foundation Peshawar. We donated medicines for drug addicts’ children and had a counseling sessions with them.
Their response was mind-blowing. A cake-cutting ceremony was held and food items were distributed among the children. We are thankful to Team members and donors for their support and trust.
Career Counselling Session in LEEDS College DI Khan
On 22nd March 2022 Muaawin’s Ujala Project in collaboration with Muaawin GMC organized a career counseling session in LEEDS college DI khan on the topic of NMDCAT preparation and guidelines.
The main purpose was to guide the students about steps that they have to follow in order to ace the Entry test. Here is the list of volunteers from Gomal Medical College and the role played by them.
Visit to Baghban Old Age Home
Muawin E UJALA with the collaboration of Riphah international University students have successfully done the project of (Baghban old age home) on 11 December 2021
With the purpose to distribute winters basic Equipments and Groceries
And to control the sadness or depression of old aged by councling and by using different psychological techniques for mindfulness and mind relaxing meditations and well spend day with them so that their sadness may end
RELIEF FROM DEPRESSION AND STEP TOWARDS FUTURE

Ramzan Transmission
Team Project Ujala started a Ramzan Transmission, with the aim to spend our Ramazan spreading, our effort for Islamic teachings. This Transmission came live on 3 days of the week which were Saturday Sunday and Monday. This was a 1-hour session among our required team.
This Transmission was divided into 3 segments:
• Taleem e Qalam
• Gest of Islam
• Q/A session
Prize Distribution Ceremony
Few days ago, Muaawin Victorious Event was conducted by Ujala in which different competitions had been organized. Prize Distribution ceremony was held at Dar-E-Arqam School and college Mission Mor DI khan on 11th July, 2021. On this auspicious moment GMC team arranged a COVID-19 Awareness session for the students and for the volunteers as well. Alhumdulillah, whole event is of great success. Appreciation to the whole UJALA and GMC team for their endless efforts in making this project a successful one.
Victorious Event
Project Ujala under Muaawin presents you Victorious Event in which Three different competitions of two catagories has been organized. This project was designed in a way that it becomes the best ever opportunity for Young students to show their talent and Skills. Only students of Grade 6th to 9th Grade participated.
Aim of this Event:
• To develop confidence
• Grooming
• Motivation
